My appointment at surgery center went well, my doctor explained the surgery to me in professional manner. The surgery was done in about 45 minutes The staff was professional, courteous and friendly. I went to urgent care and doctor explained to me what was causing my foot pain and she set an appointment up with a podiatrist.

I have experienced excellent care from all of the providers at Summit Health. This year has been challenging with some chronic pain issues. My primary, James Ciomber, is always so attentive, thoughtful and thorough. I am very pleased with his care. I have had numerous referrals and a trip to urgent care and pain management. Everyone I have seen has taken the time to understand what the root of the cause is, order appropriate tests, and help me through this. I can’t say enough about how wonderful every person I have seen has been. I highly recommend the team at Summit.

I’ve had excellent care at Summit. The facility is clean and organized. The caregivers I have met are excellent- knowledgeable and empathetic. It’s so convenient to have specialties, labs and imaging under one roof, operating as a team.

During my 2 day hospital stay at St Charles Medical Ctr I received the highest quality of care. From when the Bend paramedic crew treated me before transport to the ER, and during my ER evaluation through my care on the medical patient nursing unit. Everyone I encountered (nurses,CNAs, Doctors, and all St Charles staff I found to be totally professional, competent, and empathetic. Top notch care all the way.

Thanks to Dr. Tawnyee and Dr. Beard, my 3-year battle with constant nausea is over. Dr. Tawnyee truly listened and ordered multiple tests that led to gallbladder removal by Dr. Beard. I'm grateful to feel like I have my life back thanks to them. I do want to share one word of caution. Prior to seeing Dr. Tawnyee, I had an appointment with Dr. Alice Tran. During that visit, she cut me off multiple times as I tried to share my symptoms and what I'd read about them. When I asked about a gallbladder test, she interrupted me more than 3 times in a short amount of time saying "no it can't be your gallbladder." if I had stayed with Dr. Tran, I'd likely still be sick due to her rigidity and unwillingness to listen to her patients. However, Dr. Tawnyee and Dr. Beard turned everything around and they deserve recognition.

These folks take care of me from head to literally toe. My recent visit to the Urgent Care department was indeed for a toe issue. The doctor took great care to treat my toe as he would treat his own. Overall, it was a pleasant visit.
